The Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC) were launching a new programme which meant employers, candidates and assessors needed a mechanism to communicate, plan and share documents.
Integrating into the FileMaker based management system which their supplier Formation Training and Development already had in place we provided a secured web application to facilitate this.
Employers are able to nominate candidates and assessors. Candidates complete their details, upload necessary documentation and request assessment dates and locations. Finally assessors are able to provide preferences in terms of geographical and date availability, review documentation, respond to requests to assess candidates and ultimately provide their feedback on candidates they assess.
Additionally, CWDC are able to access a 'dashboard' from which they can retrieve details from across the entire system for export to other internal systems.
