ECBM group management web application
Client:
ECBM have long managed their enrolments and group management through faxed documentation. They needed a way to streamline the process and make it easier for group leaders, students and their administrators to gather and record details.
They selected FileMaker as their 'back-end' database and came to us to provide a secure web application to integrate into the process.
Internal users create 'groups'. The group leader is emailed access to the web application, through which they add students to the group, automatically emailing each student asking them to complete their details. Group leaders also have full access to review, edit and update details for each student before finally submitting details back to ECBM for approval.
